Terms and conditions of hire

1. The Hirer will provide adult supervision at all times.
2. Once installed the inflatable must not be moved from its position unless done so by a trained representative of Abacus Entertainment.
3. Abacus Entertainment accept no liability for any financial loss due to cancellation of hire.
4. Abacus Entertainment will cancel the hire if the place and usage of the inflatable is deemed unsuitable or for reasons of safety.
5. The hirer is fully responsible for the full replacement cost of the inflatable arising from malicious damage,theft,or from damage caused by the use of equipment by persons over the stated age limit on the accompanying safety instructions for the size of the inflatable.
6. Adults use is forbidden unless on an adult inflatable has been hired.
7. No pets, food or drink allowed on the inflatable.
8. No smoking , fires or Bar B Qs allowed near the inflatable.
9. Abacus Entertainment will not be liable for any damage both under and over ground caused to the hire premises by the installation of the inflatable.
10. The inflatable must be switched of, deflated and secured from use in the event of heavy rain and /or windy conditions when the wind speed reaches force 5 (24mph) and above.
11. The cleaning deposit will be forfeit by any marks and / or damage caused by party poppers,paint,ink pens, or any other product that may mark or damage the inflatable.
12. A returnable deposit plus the hire fee is payable with every hire.
13. When an adult inflatable has been hired the person responsible for the hire will not allow children and adults to use the inflatable at the same time.
14. When an adult inflatable has been hired the person responsible for the hire will not allow any adult under the influence of drugs and/ or alcoholic beverages to use the inflatable.
15. In the unlikely event of an accident on the inflatable full details of the incident must be fully recorded in the accident report book upon collection of the unit.
